Illinois Water Technologies is a privately owned company.  Our total commitment to our customers needs is shared by all employees. 

Our services include supervision of installation, startup, trouble shooting, equipment tuning, post startup service, and consulting as required. These services are provided on a per diem or contract basis and are marketed to original equipment manufacturers, sales agents, and end-user customers.

Nothing is more frustrating and counter productive than having service engineers
on-site who are sitting on their hands waiting for authority from their company to purchase parts or services locally that could immediately solve a problem. If the situation demands it, our customer service engineers have the power to engage local contractors and have total purchasing authority. We train and equip our customer service engineers to efficiently do what needs to be done on-site.
